| Upon graduating from High School, Richard Pallardy, the owner decided to work for a heating and air conditioning company in St. Louis and attend North County Technical School for HVAC. He graduated from North County Technical School and continued to work for a St. Louis HVAC company for 11 years. In 1987, Richard Pallardy started his own business. He ran that business out of his home before expanding and moving to our current location. We have been in business now for 25 years. | ||||

| Missouri Coalition For Fair Competition We have been a member since inception of this organization. This organization monitors fair competition against Ameren and the Gas Company and advertising and other campaigns. This organization was organized so that customer’s payments would not be used to advertise or promote their service on electric and gas bills. |

We have been a member since the inception of this organization formerly called St. Charles County Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (SCCHACCA). This organization keeps area contractors current on St. Charles County and St. Louis County mechanical codes. |

He worked for another HVAC company for 11 years before starting his own company. Richard has a Mechanical License for St. Louis County, NATE Certified, Propane Gas Certified. EPA Certified. |

Office Manager/Customer Support Specialist Denise After working in the banking industry for 16 years, Denise came to work for Pallardy Heating and Air Conditioning Co. She has been with the company now for over 11 years. Denise is a graduate of Robert Morris College. Her duties include: appointment scheduling, customer service, payroll, equipment ordering and accounts payable. |

Customer Support Specialist Amy After being a customer of Pallardy Heating and Air Conditioning Co. for over 11 years, Amy decided to work part time for us in 2007. Her main duties include: appointment scheduling, processing invoices, accounts receivable and dealing with everyday paperwork. |

Installer / Service Technician Josh Josh started working for Pallardy Heating & Air Conditioning Co. full time in May, 2008. He had worked for us part time for two previous summers. Josh has an Associate Degree from Linn State Technical College and also graduated from Lewis and Clark Technical College. Josh assists the installer and is a trainee for Service Technician. Josh is EPA Certified. |

Service Technician Jake After graduating with an Associate Degree from Ranken Technical College, Jake started his career with Pallardy Heating and Air Conditioning Co. He has been working for us since 2005. Jake is NATE Certified, Rinnai Certified and EPA Certified. Jake originally started as an Installer and then was promoted to Service Technician. |
